🎯Macros & cals based on your projected maintenance deficit or surplus at the time of intake
🎯This does not include hands on coaching, if you'd like long term support training feedback & more then coaching is the correct option for you!
Training plan only - what’s included:
🎯A customized training plan based on your physique goals and training facility this also includes stretching and warmup routine !
🎯If you have any injuries or parameters around training we will discuss how to modify your training plan accordingly prior to creation
🎯Training plan will be based upon your training availability ( in relation to your work, school and life schedule!)
🎯This does not include hands on coaching, if you'd like long term support training feedback & more then coaching is the correct option for you!
