🎯A customized training plan based on your physique goals and training facility this also includes stretching and warmup routine !
🎯If you have any injuries or parameters around training we will discuss how to modify your training plan accordingly prior to creation
🎯Training plan will be based upon your training availability ( in relation to your work, school and life schedule!)
🎯This does not come with the hands on support of coaching
